"Jennifer Baugh is the Founder and National Executive Director of Young Catholic Professionals (YCP), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that encourages young professionals to embrace their faith and Work in Witness for Christ. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Trinity University and her MBA from Texas A&M, graduating summa cum laude. Jennifer worked for Merrill Lynch in the Global Wealth Management practice and for FTI Consulting in the Corporate Restructuring practice before starting the YCP apostolate in 2010. "

"Peter Blute is the VP of Learning & Development for Young Catholic Professionals (YCP), working closely with YCP’s growing network of volunteer chapter leaders, board members, chaplains, and members nationwide. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dallas and worked for OnTarget Partners growing their marketing and sales efforts prior to joining the YCP apostolate in 2014 as the non-profit’s second full-time employee. Peter offers support for YCP chapters throughout the country providing coaching, best practices, and the tools and resources for them to effectively grow the YCP mission. He also manages YCP’s national marketing efforts and works closely with young professionals to bring the YCP mission to new cities. YCP currently has 16 chapters across 10 U.S. states, and relationships with young people & Catholic executives around the world."
